MICHIGAN SIGN QB PLAYER WHO IS BETTER THAN J.J. McCarthy.

Jim Harbaugh's politics: The Michigan coach's anti-abortion, pro-BLM contradictions explained.

Will Johnson, a cornerback for Michigan, participated in Blake Corum’s charitable toy drive over the weekend at the Somerset Collection with a number of his teammates.
He discussed his sophomore season in an interview with Sam Webb on 1050-AM The Michigan Insider that day. Johnson was named to the All-Big Ten First Team and produced one of the most memorable plays of the Michigan football team’s season, a pivotal interception against Ohio State that ignited the team’s third consecutive victory in the rivalry.
Johnson also discussed his own forthcoming toy drive with TMI. This weekend, the Blue Leprechaun in Ann Arbor will be hosting the event. He stated the following:
It feels wonderful. That really is a dream come true. That merely demonstrates how much respect I have from everyone at the conference. Having everyone treat you with such respect is really wonderful.

That game never stops pumping blood. When you first start the game, that’s all you can really think about. Marv and I were really excited about our matchup before the game. My objective was to simply block him as much as possible. It was great, but he’s a great player, so he’s going to get his share too. It was a movie, after all, and it was somewhat like that ’21 game. It felt great to get the win.
I don’t think I surprise myself, but it’s amazing how everything comes together and how I’m able to make those plays and sort of be in the right place at the right time during those crucial moments. I wouldn’t describe it as a surprise, but even things like awards and such don’t feel all that surprising. It seems more humble. Although I didn’t anticipate it, I believe I deserved it. It’s not shocking, really, but I think I deserved it.
I was upset not to be able to play. I was worrying a lot about it. And those guys approached me and said, “Dude, don’t worry about it.” We support you in doing what’s best for yourself and want you to know that. That merely demonstrates how near we are. There was plenty of depth. We put a lot of effort into developing our multipositional skills because we know we need to be prepared in case that circumstance arises. Thus, no matter what, we’ve always got each other’s back. They had my back in that circumstance.
It seems like they are still dozing off on him. He didn’t actually create a first-team roster or anything. Man, it’s all those kinds of things. They would probably be dozing off on him. I believe he was merely first team with the media in the All-Big Ten situation, as I also observed. I have no idea what the coaches have been examining all season. This guy has made plays all year long and has five picks and two pick-sixes. Next year, there will be a great player selected in the Draft by someone.
