Raiders Rookies Inspire the Next Generation at Rancho High Prospect Camp
Our 2025 Rookie Class took a special visit to a recent Prospect Camp at Rancho High School, taking the time to speak with young athletes and give back to the Las Vegas community!

Giving Back From Day One

Before they’ve even played a down in the NFL, the Las Vegas Raiders’ 2025 rookie class is already making an impact off the field. This week, the newest members of the Silver and Black paid a special visit to Rancho High School, attending a local prospect camp filled with aspiring young football players from across the Las Vegas Valley.

It wasn’t just a photo op. The rookies showed up ready to connect, inspire, and give back to the community that’s now their new home.

“This is bigger than football,” said rookie linebacker Malik Frazier. “We were those kids not too long ago. Being able to show up, share some wisdom, and make them feel seen—that’s powerful.”

Words of Wisdom from the Next Generation of Pros

The rookies didn’t just shake hands—they spoke from the heart. From breakout second-round wide receiver Zion McCall sharing his journey from JUCO to the NFL, to first-round offensive tackle Eli Thompson discussing the importance of discipline and accountability, each rookie took the time to share their unique path.

“Some of these kids are chasing the same dream we chased,” said Thompson. “We just want them to know it’s possible—if you’re willing to work for it.”

Many young athletes took notes, asked questions, and soaked in every word. The rookies encouraged them not just to train hard, but to be leaders in their schools and role models in their neighborhoods.

Skills, Smiles & Snapbacks

After the talks, the real fun began. Rookies jumped into drills with the high schoolers—running routes, showing pass-rush techniques, and even joining in a spirited 7-on-7 scrimmage. Laughter, encouragement, and plenty of high-fives were shared on the turf.

The Raiders also surprised campers with custom hats, wristbands, and team gear, bringing even more excitement to the event.

“You could see it on the kids’ faces—they lit up,” said camp director Coach Reggie Martin. “The Raiders showing up like this means the world. It’s something these players will never forget.”

A Lasting Bond with Las Vegas

For the Raiders’ 2025 rookies, the visit to Rancho High was more than a good deed—it was a statement of intent. From day one, they’re embracing what it means to be part of the Las Vegas community.

“We want to be present, not just on Sundays,” said McCall. “This city supports us, and we’re going to support it right back.”

With events like these, the Raiders continue to strengthen their connection to the city, inspiring the next generation and showing that commitment to the community is just as important as commitment on the field.

More Than a Team—A Family

As the sun set over the Rancho High field, one thing became clear: the Raiders’ 2025 rookie class is made up of more than just football talent—they’re leaders in the making.

Whether it was coaching a drill, sharing a personal story, or simply offering a word of encouragement, the rookies showed that greatness starts with giving back.

And in Las Vegas, that spirit is already shining bright.
