Daniel Jones, the quarterback for the New York Giants, disclosed on the Up & Adams Show that he will have surgery on Wednesday in New York to repair his torn ACL.

In an effort to reduce swelling before surgery, Jones has been rehabilitating his knee, as he disclosed to host Kay Adams. His estimated recovery period is eight to ten months. If all goes according to plan, he could return to the field by early August. On the other hand, if his recuperation takes longer than expected, he would probably find himself on the PUP list at the beginning of the 2024 season.

Regardless of what the Giants select in the draft, Jones’ cap hit virtually guarantees his spot on the squad the following season. He hopes to return in time for the regular season.
