Saturday’s 34-11 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals sparked chants in support of Mason Rudolph, the team’s newest quarterback (at least for the time being).

According to Chris Adamski of Trib Live, Steelers running back Jaylen Warren discussed Rudolph’s enthusiasm during the game and added a humorous note to his account after it was over.

Mason Rudolph was hyped, according to Jaylen Warren, who has been fined numerous times for blocking with his head. There he was, head-butting. My experience tells me that you should relax about that.

Rudolph controlled the football and outperformed fellow rising star Jake Browning with 290 yards and two touchdowns. Despite throwing for more yards that day, Browning was intercepted three times.

George Pickens, a receiver for the Steelers, had two touchdowns and nearly 200 yards after just four receptions.

Warren had a fantastic play of his own during the Steelers victory, blocking a touchdown run by Calvin Austin with an enormous block:

Mason Rudolph, the quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, had a fantastic night on Saturday against the Cincinnati Bengals. His performance may have increased his chances of signing an NFL contract during the offseason. Playing for Pittsburgh on a one-year contract, Rudolph showed up in Week 16 and led his team to a 34-11 victory over their rivals in the AFC North division at home.
