Fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers will get to see the top teams in college football play in their playoff game on Monday, following their team’s battle for a postseason berth on Sunday.

Many of the players participating in Monday’s games will likely find themselves on an NFL field the following season, given the abundance of talent on the field in the College Football Playoff. In April, some of those players might hear their names called by the Steelers.

Even though many Steelers supporters may not be familiar with those players right now, Monday’s games provide them with a fantastic chance to get to know these potential players.

Fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers should watch these three players on Monday who may wear black and yellow in 2024.

The Pittsburgh Steelers were aware that they needed to address the cornerback position going into the previous year’s draft. They chose Joey Porter Jr. with the first pick of the second round without much delay.

They have been able to give Porter Jr. shadow coverage on some of the top receivers in the league during his rookie campaign, so that pick is already paying off. Regretfully, they still require assistance for him. In spite of the novice’s powerful The Crimson Tide corner has a combination of size and explosiveness that should translate well at the next level. In 2023, he had the 12th-highest PFF grade at the position.

Since Roberts is now anticipated to miss Week 17, the Steelers may consider using Blake Martinez in his place. Martinez’s ban from Whatnot has garnered more attention in the past year than any of his football-related exploits.

In the middle of the field, they require options. We’ll go to the opposing side of the Alabama-Michigan game to watch the next player.

For this Steelers team, an interior linebacker is a need. They don’t have many options at the position, despite Elandon Roberts’ strong play this season.

My kal Walker has not performed well. Due to his season-long injury, Cole Holcomb may be cut in the off-season. Kwon Alexander’s contract expires at the end of this year. Since Roberts is now anticipated to miss Week 17, the Steelers may consider using Blake Martinez in his place. Martinez’s ban from Whatnot has garnered more attention in the past year than any of his football-related exploits.

In the middle of the field, they require options. Wolverines. Texas or Washington would face each other in the championship game. Two receivers from Texas are anticipated to be selected in the first two rounds of the draft Rome Odunze, one of the top receivers in college football Sadly, there isn’t a lot of talent in this class at linebacker. For the following rounds, there is one player, though, who is worth a look.

Junior Colson, a linebacker from Michigan, might be a good fit for the Steelers. He possesses good instincts and athleticism. He has performed admirably for the Wolverines as a tackler. He even demonstrated the steely nature of the Steelers by playing through a broken hand for a portion of the season.

He would probably only cost the Steelers a third or fourth round pick, and he could help a run defense that has had room to improve this season.

Steelers supporters will learn a great deal about him from the game against Alabama. In addition to quarterback Jalen  Milroe, he will also have to deal with Roydell Williams in the Tide run game.He would have a great chance to prove he belongs with the Steelers with a win against a formidable Alabama squad.

A standout player who puts in a lot of effort and can support the team in multiple ways would be ideal for a team that will primarily rely on its defense.

The Huskies will need Trice to exert pressure on Quinn Ewers and ensure that Jonathan Brooks cannot succeed on the ground if they are to defeat Texas.

Since the Steelers don’t really have a quarterback in their draft this year, their best bet for improving in 2024 is to make strong defensive selections. Fitting in nicely, Trice has the potential to help the Steelers regain their position as one of the league’s top defenses.
