Texas Tech football’s secondary is prominently featured on the latest injury report ahead of the game against Arizona.

The latest injury report for the Texas Tech football team reveals several key defensive backs are questionable ahead of the Red Raiders’ game in Tucson against Arizona.

Defensive back Javeon Wilcox remains sidelined, missing his sixth game due to a knee injury. Offensive lineman Dylan Shaw will also miss Saturday’s matchup with the Wildcats because of a hand injury.

Defensive backs Bralyn Lux (thigh) and Jalon Peoples (hip) both sat out the recent 44-41 victory over Cincinnati and are listed as questionable for this week’s game.

Additionally, two other defensive backs, sophomore Chapman Lewis (hamstring) and senior Joseph Plunk (shoulder), are also in question. Lewis exited the Cincinnati game in the first quarter and did not return.

Other questionable players include outside linebackers Isaac Smith (head) and Charles Esters III (thigh), as well as tight end Jason Llewellyn (head).
