Eagles vs. Browns predictions for Week 6 of the NFL season…

The Eagles (2-2) will face off against the Browns (1-4) on Sunday at 1 p.m. at Lincoln Financial Field.

Here are the predictions:

**Reuben Frank (0-4)**

The Browns, who sit last in the NFL in several offensive categories, are the perfect opponent for the Eagles. They haven’t scored more than 18 points in a game this season and have only managed seven touchdowns. Given the Eagles’ inconsistency on both sides of the ball and the competitiveness of their division, this matchup should provide an opportunity for them to correct some issues. The Eagles are favored by 8½ points, and they hold a strong record of 17-3 since 2012 when favored by at least that margin. However, with the unpredictability of this Eagles team—having recently lost to the Falcons in the final seconds and falling behind 24-0 against Tampa—it’s tough to have complete confidence in them against any opponent. They must win this game. Losing to the Browns at home after a bye week, especially with A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Lane Johnson back and healthy, would be troubling.

**Eagles 30, Browns 9**

**Dave Zangaro (1-3)**

Although having a Week 5 bye is early in the season, it came at a beneficial time for the Eagles. They utilized the break to help key players recover and will head into this game with their full offensive arsenal. After the struggles they faced in Tampa, having all their weapons back will be a welcome change. Despite the Browns boasting a strong defense under familiar face Jim Schwartz, the Eagles should have enough firepower to score.

Even if the Eagles face challenges on offense, the Browns’ struggles are even more pronounced. Deshaun Watson has been one of the league’s least effective quarterbacks, and his performance and contract are restricting the entire organization. With a completely ineffective offense, this game could serve as an opportunity for the Eagles’ defense to bounce back after a rocky start to the season. Watson has already been sacked 26 times, so the Eagles need to apply pressure; failing to do so would be a significant concern.

**Eagles 24, Browns 14**

**Barrett Brooks (1-3)**

The Eagles head into this matchup healthier than at the start of the season, with all their key players back on the field, making predictions easier. The team has always relied on its offense to outscore opponents. However, the defense remains a potential weak spot, with Vic Fangio managing a young group. To secure a win, they must eliminate turnovers, and Jalen Hurts needs to safeguard the football. Saquon Barkley should continue to be the focal point of the offense, even with A.J. Brown returning.

Defensively, generating pressure on Deshaun Watson is crucial. The team must focus on fundamental football and ensure proper tackling moving forward to get back on track. Regardless of the Browns’ lineup, they need to dominate this matchup at Lincoln Financial Field.

**Eagles 28, Browns 10**

**Mike Mulhern (2-2)**

The Eagles have only played one game at full strength this season, defeating a Packers team expected to contend for the playoffs. While injuries have affected the team’s performance in the subsequent games, the return of A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Lane Johnson against a struggling Browns squad is promising. Watson’s burdensome contract continues to drag down the franchise, and without a change at quarterback, the Browns’ outlook will remain bleak. The bye week was perfectly timed for an Eagles team needing a reset, and facing the Browns now is an ideal opportunity.

**Eagles 27, Browns 13**
