When the Manchester United goalkeeper referred to Edwin van der Sar as a hero, the player responded angrily.

After Manchester United player Altay Bayindir declared that the Dutch legend is his all-time favorite goalie, Edwin van der Sar responded angrily.

On transfer deadline day, 25-year-old Bayindir left Fenerbahce for the Red Devils for £4.3 million, but he hasn’t played yet.

The legendary Man United player Van der Sar responded brutally with Bayindir.

The legendary Man United player Van der Sar responded brutally with Bayindir.
He joined the current No. 1 Andre Onana, who, like David de Gea and Dean Henderson, moved from Inter Milan to Old Trafford.

In a recent social media interview, Bayindir waxed poetic about Van der Sar, the four-time Premier League champion and one Champions League title winner as United’s No. 1 and was asked about his favorite glovesman.

He remarked, “My favorite goalkeeper for Manchester United when I was younger was Edwin van der Sar. I know him to be a legend. I watched a lot of Manchester United games.”

Van der Sar saw his response on social media and was unable to contain his outrage.

“Hello Altay, I’ll see you soon in Manchester and we’ll talk about goalkeeping, but as you know, Andre is still my favorite,” the Dutchman said.

Van der Sar’s affection for the Cameroonian international who is now a Red Devil can be explained by the fact that he was Onana’s coworker and former chief executive of Ajax.

But it seems like Erik ten Hag might soon give

The Turkish shot-stopper has received a lot of praise lately from Ten Hag, who stated: “He makes a very good impression in training, he’s really developing and progressing.”

Bayindir paid £4.3 million to join Man United in the summer.
“We’re thrilled about that and confident that we have the two best goalkeepers in our lineup to carry out the job for us.”

Ten Hag’s team is currently five points behind Tottenham in fourth place in the Premier League standings.

Man United will play again on Sunday at Goodison Park against Everton.
