What is the wage difference between Middlesbrough, Newcastle, and Sunderland?

Boro had a rough start to the season, but they have since recovered. As they aim for the play-offs, they have won three of their previous five games.
Newcastle United, currently ranked seventh in the Premier League, is enjoying yet another successful campaign. At the end of the season, they intend to be among the top four once more.
This year, the Toon are competing in the Champions League as well. Even though they are now bottom of a difficult group, there are still two games remaining.

Jonny Howson is the highest paid employee at their company, making £25,000 a week or £1,300,000 annually. His pay accounts for 9.57% of the club’s total payroll.
Nine other Middlesbrough players make at least £10k a week. Two other players who make large salaries at the Riverside are Paddy McNair and Matt Crooks.
Alex Gilbert is the lowest paid member of the team. Gilbert’s weekly pay of £1,500 only accounts for 0.57% of their total salary.
Newcastle United pays £1,625,000 a week or £84,500,000 a year in wages.
Their wage bill is high, as one might anticipate from a team competing in the Champions League and hoping to win the Premier League. Their annual player salaries are reportedly £84,500,000.
Bruno Guimarães, a Brazilian, is the highest paid employee at £8,320,000 per year, or £160,000 per week. Alexander Isak and Kieran Trippier, who each make £120,000 a week, are right behind him. Together, they account for 7.38% of Newcastle United’s payroll.
Lewis Miley is the lowest paid employee at £5,000 per week. His pay represents 0.31% of their total compensation.
Sunderland’s wage bill is £175,962 per week or £9,150,000 annually.
Among the three teams, Sunderland has the lowest wage bill, according to estimates from Capology. With an annual salary of £9,150,000, they are considerably less than Newcastle United and marginally behind Middlesbrough.
Jack Clarke is the highest paid employee. The 23-year-old receives an alleged weekly salary of £16,923 from the Stadium of Light. His pay represents 9.62% of Sunderland’s total wage bill.
Four more players for the team are paid at least £10,000. Daniel Ballard and Bradley Dack are the other high earners at the club; Dack makes £15,000 a week.
The two players at the club with the lowest incomes are Ellezer Mayenda and Chris Rigg. Each of them makes £1,000 a week.
