Head coach of the Minnesota Vikings, Kevin O’Connell, recently addressed the concerns about the quarterback room after Josh Dobbs and Nick Mullens shared snaps in Week 14. O’Connell discussed the contribution Dobbs made to the company, but he thinks it’s time to find out what Mullens does in the driver’s seat.

The Vikings’ Kevin O’Connell talks about Josh Dobbs’ mindset after being benched in favor ofMullens.

Dobbs was benched against the Las Vegas Raiders, so Mullens will start for the Vikings in Week 15. In the fourth quarter, with the score tied 0-0, he entered the game and helped Minnesota win 3-0. With a 7-6 record, the Vikings are ranked No. 2 in the NFC North.

According to Myles Simmons at Pro Football Talk, O’Connell stated, “Josh, for the better part of four games and three quarters there, led us to three wins and there’s a lot of teams in this league that when they do lose their starter, it takes a lot to overcome that and continue pressing onward.” The team we’re playing this week is going through it, and Jake Browning is doing a lot of excellent work to help them win some games at the ideal time of year. Josh seems to be aware of the procedure and our previous state, in my opinion.
