GIANTS CONFIRMED THAT THEIR PLAYER WILL UNDERGO WRIST SURGERY.
Daniel Jones, the quarterback for the New York Giants, disclosed on the Up & Adams Show that he will have surgery on Wednesday in New York to repair his torn ACL.
In an effort to reduce swelling before surgery, Jones has been rehabilitating his knee, as he disclosed to host Kay Adams. His estimated recovery period is eight to ten months. If all goes according to plan, he could return to the field by early August. On the other hand, if his recuperation takes longer than expected, he would probably find himself on the PUP list at the beginning of the 2024 season.
Regardless of what the Giants select in the draft, Jones’ cap hit virtually guarantees his spot on the squad the following season. He hopes to return in time for the regular season.
“We’ll take a day-by-day approach, work on that, and try to get back as quickly as I can,” Jones stated.

If the New York Giants versus New Orleans Saints game on Sunday is awful, at least offensively, don’t be shocked. Let’s examine the Saints’ offensive strategy now that we are aware of the Giants’.
Derek Carr from the Las Vegas Raiders was acquired by the Saints during the previous offseason. Though it hasn’t turned out that way thus far, the move was anticipated to elevate the Saints’ offense.
Due in part to the injuries sustained by those position groups, Carr has struggled to maintain any consistency with his offensive line and skill position players. Carr’s inability to play with the same level of confidence that he did while playing in Las Vegas is another aspect of his difficulties. It’s evident that he has regressed in New Orleans, but he was never elite and never even close to it.
Alvin Kamara and Taysom Hill are the primary ball carriers for the Saints’ rushing attack, which relies entirely on the rushers to complete the work in the run game. During the season, Kamara and Hill combined for 910 rushing yards, 573 of which came after contact.
One of the most adaptable offensive players on the planet, if not the most adaptable offensive player, is still Taysom, who the Saints use. Hill has completed 96 quarterback snaps, 24 running back snaps, 61 in-line tight end snaps, and 170 slot or wide snaps. Hill was a game-time decision last week, so he might be available this week.
Although Kamara’s ability to catch passes has been crucial in helping Derek Carr find a trustworthy receiver, an offense doesn’t want to use him as a check-down Charlie. This season, Kamara ranks second on the team with 63 catches for 402 yards, and his average depth of target is just.2 yards beyond the line of
