                      “It Went Off Like a Bomb”: Michigan House Explosion Kills at Least 4 People.

Following a house explosion on Saturday, Michigan police report that two people are hospitalized with injuries and four people have died.

WDIV reported that the explosion happened at approximately 3:50 p.m., according to Northfield Township Police.

According to officials, three bodies were discovered at the scene, and a fourth person died soon after. There are two more hospitalized individuals whose conditions are unknown.

The neighbors on Winters Lane were terrified by the explosion.

It detonated like a bomb. A neighbor said to WDIV, “I don’t know how to explain it.” “I’ve never seen anything so scary,” the person said.

Authorities are still investigating the cause and have not yet disclosed the victims’ identities.

According to Northfield Township Police Lieutenant David Powell, it’s probable that a gas leak resulted in the explosion.
