Completed Deal: The $750m Contract has been agreed between Newcastle and Aston Villa to…

Emile Smith Rowe is desired by both Aston Villa and Newcastle United, according to a Football Insider report. The offensive midfielder, 23, isn’t having the best of times at Arsenal, and it’s possible that he’ll be moving during the upcoming summer transfer window.

Smith Rowe has advanced through the ranks at Arsenal, making his debut with the first squad in 2020. Although the former England youth international did have a few successful seasons in his early years, things haven’t gone as planned lately.

Due to extended lengths of time spent on the sidelines due to injuries, he has fallen in Mikel Arteta’s hierarchy. The former Arsenal player may have appeared to the team.

The 23-year-old wants to play in the first team more, and if Arsenal is unable to accommodate his request, many other teams are willing to consider hiring him. Right now, Aston Villa and Newcastle United are in the lead for his services. If he becomes available in the summer, they will undoubtedly seek to add him to their ranks as they are pretty eager to have him.

The report states that the Gunners are thinking about making a possible sale. Smith Rowe is an academy product, thus the north London club will only make money on his sale. Their Financial Fair Play will benefit from it.

Newcastle United, meanwhile, is eager to add to their roster. Smith Rowe is one of the players the Magpies are hoping to sign before the 2019–20 season begins. They believe that he has the potential to be a key member in their quest to advance the team.

Regarding the 23-year-old, Aston Villa has been interested in him for a while. They desired to re-sign in 2021 prior to him signing a new contract with the Gunners. Since then, they have been keeping an eye on him, and this summer, they plan to take action. From his time at Arsenal, their manager Unai Emery was a huge fan of the attacking phenom and would be thrilled to work with him again.
