Apparently, the Philadelphia 76ers signed a former NBA first-round pick.
The Athletic’s Shams Charania reports that D.J. Wilson, a former first-round choice of the Milwaukee Bucks, will join with the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Philadelphia 76ers and Kevin Durant of the Phoenix Suns will square off in Arizona on Wednesday night.

The Athletic and Stadium’s Shams Charania revealed prior to the Tuesday night game that D.J. Wilson would probably sign with the 76ers.

Wilson, a Michigan native, was selected by the Milwaukee Bucks with the 17th overall choice in the 2017 NBA Draft. He has spent five seasons in the league.

He has previously played for the Toronto Raptors and Houston Rockets in addition to the Bucks.

His career averages are 4.4 points and 3.1 rebounds per contest while shooting 41.9% from the field and 32.7% from the three-point range in 146 regular season games.

The 28-year-old also appeared in eight NBA playoff games with the Bucks during the 2019 season.
