The Steelers quarterback Dwayne Haskins passed away in South Florida this morning, and condolences are still coming in. He was killed when he got out of his car and began to walk down I-595 and was hit by a dump truck.

Haskins’ fellow Pittsburgh Steelers teammates are reacting to the news of his unexpected and tragic death, expressing disbelief. “All you cared about was making sure that everyone around you was okay and I can’t thank you enough for that,” tweeted Chase Claypool, describing himself as “selfless” and mentioning that he was with Haskins in South Florida. I aspire to be like you.”

He also tweeted an emotional video of himself, which he said was his initial reaction to hearing the news.
