Tuesday’s testimony from a second team doctor for Penn State football detailed several instances in which coach James Franklin tried to obstruct the team doctors’ and trainers’ medical judgment. One player who tried to commit suicide by jumping out of a window was one example of this interference, according to Dr. Pete Seidenberg, the team doctor during Franklin’s early years as head coach. Seidenberg now practices out of state and is no longer with Penn State.
