Cronulla Sharks has finally agreed with the $250 deal contract transaction for…

According to reports, the Warriors have made a $250 million, three-year offer to Sharks forward Braden Hamlin-Uele. Cronulla has a wealth of middle forwards after acquiring Addin Fonua-Blake, a standout for the Warriors, for the upcoming season. However, since the Warriors’ bid for Hamlin-Uele is higher than what the Sharks are willing to give up, they might now be exchanging props.

As stated in a Sydney Morning Herald article, the Warriors think Hamlin-Uele can take Fonua-Blake’s spot as the pack leader. After this year, Cronulla will still be carrying front-row players Toby Rudolf (2026), Royce Hunt (2025), and Tom Hazelton (2025).

Backup fullback Tristan Sailor asked to be released from the Broncos in order to sign a lucrative contract with the Leigh Leopards in the UK Super League, but the Broncos turned him down. After Sailor signed a contract extension with Brisbane that runs through the conclusion of the 2025 season, The Daily Telegraph claimed that the Broncos want to keep him as a backup to Reece Walsh. Sailor and Leigh had been connected since September 2023, but the lucrative contract required Sailor to be released right away by the Broncos.

Sailor’s versatility allows him to cover numerous backline positions in the event of an injury. He was excellent as a stand-in for Walsh in four games during the previous season. In an effort to get revenge for their Grand Final defeat from the previous season, the Broncos are aware that they will need depth in order to contend for the championship in 2024. During his 2019 Dragons debut, the 25-year-old has appeared in nine NRL games and scored one try. However, Walsh and half of Ezra Mam and Adam Reynolds obstruct Sailor’s road to ordinary first grade.

Sailor is the son of Wendell Sailor, a club icon who had an amazing rugby league career with the Broncos and several premierships. In an attempt to entice breakthrough Sydney Roosters prop Terrell May to Belmore in 2025, the Canterbury Bulldogs are rumored to have tabled a multi-year deal. The Bulldogs have identified May as a possible answer to their front row problem following the departure of Luke Thompson and Tevita Pangai Jr., according to The Daily Telegraph. For medical reasons, the Bulldogs were also unable to sign veteran Sio Siua Taukeiaho.

May’s contract expires in2024, thus his management has been marketing him around for a season at a price of $500,000. May said he would quickly sign a contract with a team if it meant playing with his brothers Tyrone and Taylan, who also became well-known Panthers players. While Taylan is making a comeback after missing the Panthers’ 2023 season due to injury, the latter is now playing in the UK Super League with Hull KR.

May stated on The Bloke In A Bar podcast, “I want to be honest here, my talks are with whoever wants to sign us three brothers, that’s where I want to be.” Trent Robinson, the coach of the Charlotte Hornets, is also aware. He hasn’t seen it from me. I’ll be at the club that wants three brothers the most.
