Indiana football enters top 10 in Week 11’s AP Poll~ As USC QB Commit Julian Lewis Sparks Buzz With Looming Indiana Visit

Indiana football is off to their best start in program history as they moved to 9-0 after beating Michigan State. Following their impressive 9-0 start to the 2024 regular season, the Indiana Hoosiers have earned a spot in the top 10 of the Associated Press college football poll. The latest ranking places the Hoosiers at No. 8.

Indiana secured a dominant 47-10 victory over Michigan State on Saturday night, keeping their undefeated record intact this season. Quarterback Kurtis Rourke made a strong return, throwing for 263 yards and four touchdowns. The Hoosiers have consistently performed well offensively, scoring at least 41 points in six of their last seven games.

With this win, the team surpassed the 8-0 start achieved by the 1967 IU football squad. Now at 9-0, the 2024 team, under head coach Curt Cigentti, has recorded the best start in the program’s history.

Indiana has notched victories against FIU, Western Illinois, UCLA, Charlotte, Maryland, Northwestern, Nebraska, Washington, and Michigan State. They currently lead the nation with 57 touchdowns scored, boast a point differential of +27.8 per game, and have trailed only once this season.

Next up for the Hoosiers is a matchup against the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday, with kickoff set for 3:30 p.m. in Bloomington against the defending national champions.indiana football pictures
